OUR PROGRAMS
Programs designed to help people move, grow and thrive.
AMAX Community Foundation creates and supports health and wellness programs that improve strength, mobility, confidence, safety and independence across every stage of life.
From healthy aging and post-rehabilitation support to women’s wellness, youth movement and community prevention initiatives, our programs are built to meet real needs in practical, meaningful ways.
In-person programs, virtual access, education and community partnerships.
HOW WE WORK
We build programs around people, not just activities.
Every program begins with a need: helping an older adult stay independent, giving women practical tools for strength and safety, helping children develop healthy movement habits or creating prevention-focused wellness opportunities for an entire community.
We then use movement, education, virtual access and partnerships to create programming that is approachable, scalable and built for real-world impact.

FLAGSHIP INITIATIVE
Active Living
When therapy ends, progress should not have to end.
Active Living helps bridge the gap between formal rehabilitation and long-term independence by providing continued strength, mobility, balance, walking and movement support.
The goal is not to replace physical or occupational therapy. It is to help participants continue building confidence, functional strength and everyday ability after formal rehabilitation or insurance-covered therapy has ended.
Clinical rehabilitation and recovery
Continued strength, mobility and movement
Greater confidence in everyday life
HOW PROGRAMS ARE DELIVERED
Wellness should meet people where they are.
Programs can be delivered through multiple formats depending on the community, organization and people being served.
In-Person Programs
Instructor-led movement, wellness and education delivered in community settings.
Virtual Programs
Online classes, workshops and resources that expand access beyond a single physical location.
Workshops & Education
Practical educational programs designed to help people understand and apply healthier habits.
Community Partnerships
Collaborative initiatives designed with organizations that want to improve health and wellness in the populations they serve.
BUILT FOR PARTNERSHIP
Your organization does not have to build the program alone.
AMAX Community Foundation can work with organizations to identify a wellness need, develop the right program format and help bring that initiative to the people you serve.
Explore Partnership OpportunitiesSUPPORT THE WORK
Programs become possible when a community invests in them.
Donations, sponsorships and partnerships help expand program access, develop new initiatives and bring health and wellness resources to more people.
